We offer competitive shipping costs and strive to provide a seamless delivery experience across New Zealand.
 
We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Our dedicated team works diligently to process and dispatch your purchases in a timely manner.

  • How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on regular sized orders. However, this excludes rural delivery and oversized orders.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to ship your order to you within 10 working days (although in the busier times it can be slightly longer).

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order with the unique order ID, which you can find in your shipping confirmation email.

  • What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assess how to proceed with repairs or replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal at Curtains Direct is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return or exchange policy. We want you to have confidence in shopping with us and know that we are here to assist you every step of the way.
 
We understand that circumstances may change, and we are here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. 

Readymade products

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item, you can return it for a full refund within 14 daysfrom receipt of your purchase. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging in a re-saleable condition. Curtains must not have been gathered.

Once alterations or customizations have been made, returns are not possible.

All returns will be accepted if they are faulty, change of mind does not warrant a refund or return.

Damaged products and acceptable quality 

Please choose carefully as we do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase. 

If the window furnishings we supply do not comply with a consumer guarantee, but can be remedied within a reasonable time, we will either repair the furnishings or replace the furnishings with furnishings of identical type. If we cannot repair or replace the furnishings within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price.

If any furnishings arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to Curtains Direct NZ and either repair or replace the furnishings or refund the price to you, at its election. Damaged furnishings must be returned to Curtains Direct NZ in the condition received by you with all original packaging, together with all packing slips. 

Please note that furnishings must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the furnishings was not your fault.
